Shipping Info: We send your orders securely packaged in bubble wrap enveloppes.
Return Policy: If you want to return your ordered product for whatever reason, you can get a refund or a free exchange for an undamaged or different product within 30 days of receiving your order! If you have any doubts or questions about the product you want to order, feel free to shoot us an email or message us via Instagram or Facebook!

Please note that:

-Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
-Returned items must be returned in original packaging.
-Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. We can't and won't refund used products and products damaged due to using them.

If you're experiencing any problems and you would like to return your product, please reach out to us via email. It can take some time for us to get back to you but we'll try and respond to your message(s) as soon as possible! When you're in the Haarlem (Netherlands) area (about 25 km) we're open to do the exchange in person to save us both the (financial) trouble of shipping. If you live outside The Netherlands, again, please send us an email and we'll handle things from there!
